Women in Nephrology (WIN) India News Letter would be called

WINGS (Women In Nephrology Gup – Shup)

Newsletter “WINGS” is to keep women nephrologists connected, share & update our knowledge, showcase academic & non-academic achievements and keep ourselves motivated. It’s also the knowledge about women who have struggled to evolve nephrology as a speciality and brought an insignificant change in the understating of kidney diseases.

It would contain the following sections:

1. Editorial
2. Know your Frontiers- wo-men in Nephrology. (International/ National).This section would take the audience through the journey of woman nephrologists (National or International) who have made a significant change in the understanding of kidney diseases
3. Academic Corner -Case Study / Case Series/ Original article/ Review article
4. Resident Column – Quiz/ facts in Nephrology/ Experience of an unusual clinical situation where decision making was challenging for residents
5. Recreational Zone – Non-academic achievements of the women nephrologists (beyond nephrology) like sports, cultural activities etc
6. Activities – Local events organized / Upcoming Events
